Nominate our great people
Dear colleague,
Nominations are now open for this year’s Excellence Awards. Make this the year you take part and recognise the achievement of your colleagues or your team.
Do you know someone who works hard to welcome our customers, supports the communities we serve, leads people or projects brilliantly, or makes our service even safer? This is our chance to celebrate that achievement and pride at our Excellence Awards.
The awards are our way of saying thank you and showing how proud we are of the history makers who are at the centre of our railway.
The nomination period is now open; it’s your chance to Nominate the Great and help us celebrate!
We need information that tells us why the nomination stands out. Why are they special? What makes them different? How have their achievements improved customer service, the way we work with the communities we serve and safety? In short, why are you proud of them? How has their personal contribution made a difference to colleagues or customers?
We all know someone who is truly great – let’s give them the recognition they deserve.

ANY QUESTIONS?
We are sure that some questions will keep cropping up, and so we have endeavoured to put together some FAQs to answer these common questions.
We are only concentrating here on what we think the most frequent questions will be, so if you have a question that isn’t answered, don’t worry!
